Horrible place i wish i could give it 0 stars rude night manager im guessing his name is brian since i read so many complaints... about him looks like he has hearing issues since every time we go he could never hear and still gets offended making faces andstarts arguing at the window saying that next time we need to be more specific when clearly his the one with the issue with allrespect if he doesn’t like his job he should look for another one alot of places are hiring because i can honestly tell you wenever give him attitude and we were respectful to him he clearly has a miserable life and takes it out on the customers sinceits not the first or second time he does this. I talked with Rosa , manager about my previous order that was done wrong. When I called in the manager didn't want to give me... her name. I told Rosa this and it was never logged into their books. This is poor management and customer service. But in theend Rosa did gave me my order again. Read more
Ordered for pick up prior to closing. They accepted my order got there 5 mins before it was to close and they did not fill my... order and was told they shut down the grill an hour ago and I'll get a refund. Would of been nice to get notified prior to that!???? Read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. I got to the speaker to order and the first thing the man said was “can I help you” in... a very rude tone. Assuming they might be stressed, I responded with “hi, can I order please”? He literally shot back with“yeah, you’re at the microphone, that’s what you do”. What is wrong with people? I’ve worked several years in customerservice and didn’t even treat people who truly deserved an attitude this way.
