I love their drinks but I hate hate hate their customer service. The young kids they hire don?t even know what customer service... is. They don?t speak, they?re not very welcoming it?s just a deal breaker. It truly makes me not want to go back. I wish theywould get some type of proper training on that. Read more
I was there by 7:45pm and she said we close. She was teenage and with long hair. She was making a drink for her friends. I said... you still making a drink and not taking my order. So she said I?m making it for my friends. Manager need to point this issue. Read more
So apparently the review & pics I submitted a year ago for this location were for the other location in the mall which I was... unaware of till just now. Either way, the wonderful taste of bubble tea remains intact wherever you go and customer serviceseems decent enough. I'm sure the lines of neverending customers in spurts may get to the employees from time to time. It ain'ta trip to the big mall without stopping in at CBT and so glad you guys are here! Read more
Where can I start first time this happened I ordered a Avocado Bubble Tea ???? w/ Tapioca & with the rush the girl gave me... pieces of the avocado shell or the avocado seed and ruined my drink I?m very upset . They need to be careful if you want peopleto come back . And I also see there?s dust in the cups hanging by wall that can fly anytime in peoples drink smh . Read more
Pretty standard offering for a bubble tea place. I do love the fact they use real fruit in their smoothies. I ordered pina... colada and mango with jelly and popping pearls, and both were delicious. Little on the pricey side, but they use real fruit sodon't mind paying little extra. Service is pretty fast, and the cashiers were pretty nice. It's inside the mall, and it getsbusy so a little bit of a wait. Read more
We got a lychee tea and Thai tea with bubbles. There?s no option to adjust sugar levels on the menu and the drinks were WAY too... sweet. I couldn?t drink mine. The tapioca pearls didn?t have any of the signature chewy texture and caramel-y flavor that theyhave at all other bubble tea shops. The texture was watery and tasteless. Was so excited to see a bubble tea place here! Definitely had to try it. First tea I got was taro and to me it tasted like oreo... cookies. It was yummy. My fiance got lychee and it tasted like perfume to us but it was still really good! As we were headedout of the mall I was feeling a bit sleepy so I decided to get coffee. What better coffee to get than coffee with boba?! Got themocha bean next and was not disappointed! Was definitely the kick I needed and it was so good! Prices were really good and youcould also get your tea done in a smoothie style. Love that you could get extra boba for .35! Read more
