It?s Culver?s. You can?t really go wrong here. Went for lunch. I ordered a burger and chili cheese fries. Orders were served... very quickly and everything was fresh and hot. The chili cheese fries are the best here and cheese curds are definitely a must.The burger was delicious and the chili cheese fries made a perfect meal. Good old American fast food. I'm not a fan of Oreos in my ice cream, but other flavors of the day are scrumptious.
Ordered burgers with beef, pork, fish & chicken as well as fries, onion rings and pretzel buns. Everything was hot, well... seasoned and super tasty. Was also a quick visit and everyone was friendly. A group of us visited and purchased the flavor of the day. Instead of giving us what we had ordered, he basically made his own... concoction which was wildly different than the advertised promotion. Most notably, was the absence of the caramel as depicted inthe picture. When asked about it, he said that it was already included when it was obviously missing. Rather than attempt toaddress our request, the manager chose to argue with each of us as well as his own staff. We have patronized this establishmentin the past and although the experience was better, it was not great. I would have given this one star except for the effortsof the cashier and serving staff that made a good faith up for two remedy the situation. Recommend staying away from thislocation until the manager is changed out. Read more
Ordered using the drive through lane. Was told to pull around, park, and wait for food. Realized that the soda had no syrup,... only seltzer water. Tried to enter the restaurant dining room to speed things up and just choose a different soda. All doors tothe dining room were locked at 4:45 PM yet there were plenty of customers dining in. A customer in line let some people in therestaurant so made it inside and asked the staff why were the doors locked. The response was that they were short staffed. Tookabout 15 minutes from ordering to receiving the food for what should've otherwise been a quick and simple process. Terriblymanaged location. There were no signs on the doors stating that they were understaffed which lead to the building being locked.Will not return to this location. Read more
If you?re the General manager reading this please bring this to the attention of the staff members of the late shift of 04/12. I... just recently moved in the area and I?m a big Culver?s fan. I ordered my food thru the drive thru and some miscommunication leadto me receiving the wrong order upon leaving . I was a bit frustrated given the fact that Culver?s to me is what other fast foodrestaurants should be and second because I had to wait in line ,again.. I spoke to the manager in charge about the situationthey corrected the mistake and displayed what to me looked and tasted like the best burger ever!! I literally told my sister?look at this? ?this looks like a burger you would see in a commercial? even the box said ?looking good as usual? I?m onesatisfied customer. Great place for a treat! Hamburgers are very tasty. They look interesting but tasty overall. Place is clean and the staff is... very attentive and friendly. I love all of the nostalgic product pictures on the walls. Read more
