Busy place. The only problem is people are pigs! Napkins and straw wrappers on the floor. Clean up after yourselves pigs!!!!!!! ... Should not be the employees responsibility until closing time. Give people a chance to dine in and they ruin it. Is this thestone ages? You would think it was because the over educated and brain dead are the worst in society. Glad I only go a coupletimes a year. The person at the register was not attentive and repeatedly asked what it was we had wanted to order after we had spoken it... clearly a couple times before. They were out of a product which is fine, but didn't provide any further assistance orrecommendations and we had to figure it out ourselves and the cashier just was very impatient with us. They burnt the bacon onmy avocado toast and didn't call out the order so the food was just sitting on the counter. My partner ordered a sandwich andever since, their stomach has been wildly upset. Maybe it was just the time we came in and just one bad product, but we alsoordered chocolate donut holes and they were stale. I like this Dunkin. Cool owner, open later during COVID than the one on Roselle Road, and always honors app offers. Baskin... Robbins is a nice bonus. Read more

My late morning visit (10:15)~ to this store was not robust. A line of 6 people, being serviced by a non existent employee,... made for a 10 minute wait. The menu, did offer multiple choices for sweets , breakfast sandwiches, or drinks. I found the"Bacon Bites" snack to be a great offering . The maple flavored little meat bites were tasty. However, an unkempt dining area,several botched orders, and a failed store design for customers, ultimately left a bad taste experience lingering. Much of theservice area was dominated by a coffee rack, ice cream freezer, and - ordering/ online pick up / waiting / lines & signage allconflicted to make for a bit of traffic jam ! This escalated in drinks spilled and frustrations expressed. Perhaps, an earlyvisit ~ would have proved more enjoyable? However~ I am more likely to visit another location.
