Total was 2$ and some change. I gave her 5$ and the exact coin. She told me I didn't need to give her coin since the 5$... would cover it. I told her I didn't want coin back I wanted 3$ back. I am a regular Dunkin customer and I visited this location for the first time. I ordered an iced latte and a donut and I had... some free reward points so I was trying to use them and the lady said she couldn?t. She needs to learn about the new rewardprogram because she didn?t accept my reward and charged me full. I?m disappointed. The worst Dunkin I ever went to!! Very bad customer service!! The girl has an attitude problem and doesn't know how to treat... customers!! She needs to be retrained and if she's a manager she def needs a training course because she has an attitudeproblem!!! If you don't like your job find a new one!! The people who work here are always hardworking and are super nice. The quality of drinks though has really gone down. It's so... hit or miss and often times I have to drive back to get not burnt coffee or get the right order. They're always very nice aboutit which I appreciate but their prices have gone up and if I'm paying $4.00 for a medium ice coffee I'd want to be able to driveaway knowing i paid for quality. I think after today I'll just make coffee at home. Read more
Great service and super friendly staff! I stopped by for breakfast and placed a Walk In order and they got my whole order out in... 2 minutes! There used to be a great kid working there, but it looks like he's gone, which is a bummer. However Jessica is alwayson top of everything! Read more
