The avocado toast doesn't resemble their advertisements, instead looks like a piece of bread with green mush. They were out of... all, but one breakfast sandwiches. The lady taking my order had an attitude. I can only imagine how frustrating it must be torun out of inventory so early in the week. I went there today (10/22) and had one of the best experiences there. Lauren was not only super friendly but she?s probably one... of the hardest working managers I?ve seen. She was processing payments at the window and making sure drinks and food were out asfast as humanly possible. I will be back! Read more

This location seriously needs to get its act together. Why a 10 plus minute wait when only one car ahead of me? When I asked the... unfriendly employee at the drive thru she said"it was busy & there's only 2 of us". Then she shrugged her shoulders. No apology.No thanks for your patience. Worst Dunkin ever!!! I love that they know my name at this location when I pull up in the drive-thru. I either come there too much or they really pay... attention to their customers, either way, I appreciate the hard work from the employees and enjoy the coffee. ? Also, shout outto Sandra!! I am so tired of being harassed by the employees at this location. Today, as I drove through, I attempted to "Tap to Pay"... twice. Both transactions were unsuccessful, so I informed the cashier that it may be their system, because I had literally justused the card at Target prior to driving through. The cashier became EXTREMELY argumentative and yelled back at me calling me"rude" for saying that. Serious customer service training is needed before I ever take my $20+ coffee orders to this locationagain. All she was required to say was, "Thank you. I will look into that. Do you have another way to pay today?" Butinstead, she chose to argue with me as a customer, blame me as a customer, etc. I wish I could say this is the first time thishas happened, but I have had this kind of treatment as a customer three times this past month alone. I literally drive throughto buy coffee and breakfast every single day and to be treated this way as a paying, regular customer is absolutelyunacceptable. Read more

I usually don't go out of my way to post negative reviews, but avoid this place at all costs especially if you are ina hurry.... Why does it take over 5 min per car?
