Aesthetics and presentation bait you into this Lunch special L5?Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Gravy, Fried Rice, Egg Roll, and Orange... Crush. I really love that the gravy is served separate from the egg foo young. The shrimp are approximately 1.15 inches andtender. Eggs a soft yellow. Rice tender and flavorful with bean sprouts, green onion and egg. Egg roll vegetables tender. Overall, great choice for lunch today. 2 stars overall because food deserves 4 stars but service is horrible. I'll never order there again. Last 2 times I ordered, my... delivery showed up half hour and 40 minutes later than the estimated delivery time. If you live in an apt building, the driverwill call you and ask you to come down. What am I tipping and paying delivery fee for? Everyone else delievers to the apartment. Read more

Let me start off by saying both the spring rolls and the egg rolls taste great...not greasy or oily as some may. They are family... owned and operated and don't have ac in the summer. Legit if you walk into that place they are literally sweating over the foodthat they are making...ok...bad image but you get the idea. I mention this because some places reheat or fake bake their food.Everything is made to order. Hot and delicious. This food is made like they love you because that's what you taste when you eatit. Best part is...they have an app now. No more arguments over who has to call lol. Been eating here for over 10 years becauseI know the level of quality I am receiving every time. Quality has gone extremely downhill. Portions smaller, food is bland and there is less shrimp given. When I called to let... manager know about the declining quality, he said "bring the food back". We've been patronizing this establishment for over adecade, Glad Mike and Ken are willing to lose a customer over $34. Read more
Canceled my order when I seen this. Girl with purple hair touched her face and then continued to touch the food without washing... her hands. When I went inside there was a guy waiting to order and the girl in the black hoodie looked at him and said "ok?"With an attitude. Like wow. She was talking on her Bluetooth and couldn't be bothered. Used the Yelp EAT app on a recent work trip to have Fortune House deliver some grub. Despite the less than stellar reviews I... loved my experience. Delivery was fast and the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered some egg tiles, crab dragoons andSingapore Noodles. I found the food to be wonderful and tasty, particularly the Singapore Noodles...YUM! Will order from hereagain, for sure. Read more
Excellent food. Delivery is quick. We live nearby and always get our order in 25 minutes or less.
