Great place! There was a line, but the employees worked well together and the wait was not long . Restaurant was clean.
*Previous 4 Stars* 8pm 06/19/2022* Please Review Health Protocol with your employees. The guy working the register had just... finished taking money from a customer and then went to the grill to make my sandwich w/o changing his gloves. He had alreadytouched on the meat so I quickly stopped him. Meanwhile another Employee was wiping down the working station / sandwich cuttingboard with a nasty towel full of mustard and 2 other colors. Out of 3 employees there, not 1 of them understood my frustration.Once another customer agreed that the register guy should have definitely changed his gloves, then they finally "got it"! Second time I tried getting something they are out bread.First time I got there at 8pm and they said they were out of bread. I... asked if they were out or they just didn?t want to make it because it was 8:30pm answered me Really rude. Such a bad customerservice. Very rude. Didn?t get my refund until I called twice and they were so rude. The associate that answer was beensarcastic. I ordered a #9 club supreme there was no bacon on the sandwich and I also ordered an Italian sub and there was only ham ,salami... and pepperoni on my sandwich I did not get Prosciuttini and cappacuolo . I will never go to this 2 bit sub place again . Read more
What happened to this place? Customer service here is non existent these days. Was inside waiting for a prepaid pickup order for... over 15 minutes, ended up I was waiting for the cold sandwich, not the hot sandwich that had been waiting and getting cold inthe bag. TALL GUY WITH CURLY HAIR AND SAGGING PANTS IS A REAL PIECE OF WORK! HE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN ANY CUSTOMER SERVICEPOSITION! Probably wouldn't want him touching or making your food either. I got here 10 minutes before 9:00 they told me they only have salads and wraps it's some BS my wife used to work at Jersey... Mike's they cleaned up early so they can go home cuz it's Friday they should be all disciplined for this and you just lost asale and a future customer cuz I will never come back here oh and the open sign is off because they were trying not to havecustomers come in! I really like Jersey Mike's this is the smallest location I've ever been in. Really nice clean place. A number of tables to sit... and eat inside. It was really hot outside the day I went the air conditioning was welcomed.I like this place because of thefreshness of their ingredients I like the meat being cut right to order. The bread is made fresh every day.The Jersey Mike wayon the sandwiches is the way to go. Read more
