This is my first time going to this jj?s location and it will be my last. The Hispanic lady who took my order was extremely rude... to me. She has no people skills. I?m spending $40 on two items I think customer service should be up to par because that?sridiculous. Every time she spoke to me she had a nasty attitude and didn?t say have a good day or anything. She slammed mysandwich in front of me when she was done wrapping it. The sandwiches were made very sloppy and I was never asked to have themcut. If you don?t have people skills don?t work in customer service!! I rather drive further to the other one in Hoffman muchbetter there. Read more

I came into this particular Jimmy John after receiving bad customer service from the Golf Location. I was greeted by Tyler and... Josh. Great Service, Great Sandwich! Acts of kindness only take seconds, in sales and service a smile goes a long way and I am afirm believer that if a guests is not smiling extend them yours. I will never go to this Jimmy John?s again and I used to go at least twice a week for my family but now I have switched to the... Roselle location due to the customer service here, specifically one person? The Hispanic girl with the piercing that takes theorders through the drive-through is so very rude. Rude it?s just an understatement. This is my third time having an issue withher and the second time that my order has been wrong where I have to turn around and go back. She doesn?t say hi she doesn?t saythank you she just always gives An Attitude and I?ve had friends and family members say the same thing about that girl likesomeone needs to get rid of her. To me it?s worth going to the Roselle location because she?s awful. Read more

My husband ordered me a totally tuna for lunch today which was very sweet of him. Usually I love this sandwich so I was really... happy when it came. I took 2 bites and almost threw up. It was bad. It tasted like it had been sitting out in the sun for hoursor something. I want to reiterate that I usually like this sandwich and I love fish. I even like sushi, dried seaweed chips,seaweed salads and all manor of ?fishy? flavors. This was overpowering and inedible. I sheepishly texted my husband to let himknow so that he could get a refund or replacement but when he called the informed him that they wouldn?t do anything. They saidthey had made the tuna salad fresh today and no one else had complained. I find that hard to believe but perhaps I just got somethat had been left separate from the rest in the sun or on a heater for several hours. I considered going into the restaurant,sitting down at a table and just eating the sandwich which would guarantee I would throw up but that would be unfair to theemployees. We order from Jimmy Johns a lot but this will be the last time we ever order from this location. Read more

I would like to add on to the recent reviews about the HORRIABLE service at this location. I made an online order and paid for... the delivery. As I was waiting for my food to arrive, I received a call 15 minutes later saying that they have no deliverydrivers (which is pretty bogus). I was told to come and pick it up myself as I was pretty busy at work. Even though it wasinconvenient I decided to work with them. When I got there, the food was already made but the woman working at the cash registerdecided to cancel the order even though she was the one to call me and tell me to pick it up. I expected some sort of free foodin return or coupons ANYTHING as this was a mistake on their end. She wouldn't give me the food that was paid for online eventhough it was made and sitting right in front of me. Will never ever give this place business again. One of the most ridiculousexperiences ever. Read more
