Just went here to grab some lunch, used the Drive-Thru. The person who took the Order was nice, however the Person who handed... the Order was not. He forgot one Item in my order and I had to drive back and go inside to get the food item. Please check yourbags before you drive off from this McDonalds, they are Notorious in forgetting things and this is the 4th time this happened atthis Location. The worst is when you go back to get your missing item, the Man who handed me the food was laughing and saidsomething in Spanish to the Manager, which sounded rude. The Manager was able to fix the Order, however I wasted Gas and Time togo back, when I shouldn't need to in the first place. Read more

If you order from the kiosk there no number tag to put in so they will deliver the food to the table! Food will take a while to... get. The kids area tables are all dirty! There is no wipes or napkins to clean them. In fact there is no longer an area to get asoda, straw, ketchup or napkins! All of the extra you now need to ask for because they may miss giving them to you. The kidsplay area is nice. Read more
Terrible customer service, hence the low star reviews. I agree with several. They don't care. If the App screws up, a simple... customer service solution is to give the free hash browns I know I started my App order with. But now she refused. I'll nevergo to this McDs again.
