I have been a loyal customer since that location opened up around 2015. This manager told me he canceled my for bc I didn't tip... his driver. The problem I have is I'm on a fixed disability income and prices are rising. Also in the last few years the therequality of food had diminished. Like ribs are hard and over cooked. The wings and shrimp are over fried to the point therealmost burnt. Then again who nows the grease might be to old point being. He was rude for that. So disabled and seniors shouldgo there if on a fixed income. He will cancel you order if you can't afford to tip. I can't drive so if I tip every singleperson for there service it would be well over 20.00 to 30.00 for Uber, instacart, food deliver etc. Especially if you have todo that everyday. Also my husband is disabled he can't work and social security won't give him disability. That means mydisability income supports my household and is the only income coming in. Read more

TLDR: the food was truly underwhelming. First time customer. I got Italian beef, fries, and a sampler. The fries were cold and... dry. Of the 3 things in the sampler, only the cheese sticks were good, which is why they're missing from the photo. The chickenfingers were alright, but came without any BBQ or honey mustard sauce, and with little flavor of their own. The "buffalo wings"are a misnomer. Buffalo wings are normally dipped in buffalo sauce, and are not breaded. These wings were a complete miss. Really good food especially at night. I've only probably ever had one or two issues but nothing major. One was they put ketchup... on a burger and took off the mayo, I'd requested the opposite. As well as the delivery guy swapped orders but they were veryquick to fix the issue. I don't blame them as I'm sure it's very busy. They offer a great selection of pizza, pasta and sides.The meat lovers pizza is my go to but I also enjoy having their mozzarella sticks, fries and burgers. The burgers are very verygood for the price they are. The dips they offer are kind of watered down but they aren't that bad considering everything isexpensive nowadays. I also disliked the bread sticks. I ordered them a long time back but they were very flat and almost burned.They did give a lot but it wasn't very tasty. After finishing a 12 hour drive home from the holidays I was excited to order from a favorite before I moved. Food got delivered... ice cold and the Philly was delivered like this. I called to talk to a manager and was offered half of what I paid back,blaming this situation on short staffed. Working in the service industry no matter how short staffed you are, you give the stillgive 100% to the customers you do serve. If delivery was under staffed don?t overwhelm your staff to the point of non-acceptablefood. Read more
