They charged me for double steak when I never asked for a second helping. The menu makes you believe you are being charged $1.25... extra for your steak choice. This is not true, you are charged double (at least if you do build your plate option). This is whatthe cashier told me when I brought to her attention (that it was considered two servings). I am not pleased with the food at all let me start off with I bit down on some kind of black rock in my food, I plan to get that... looked at analyze hopefully my tooth chipped. Secondly the chicken was too salty rice was cold and dry. Service very impatientold lady , the person in front of me kind of stressed her out by the time she got to me it was even worse. Rude staff specially the one who makes the food. We placed order for around 40 falafels which they willingly took it but when... asked for sauces and salad good enough for those many falafel staff rudely denied to give saying this is catering order. Whywould you take larger order when it?s catering order? If you took order accommodate and satisfy the client as well. Read more
Great customer services! Very nice greeted right after entering the restaurant. We were there to feed the crowd. Lol. Ordered... 4 veggie falafel bowls with some extras on the sides also. Becca made it easier for us. We were there first time in therestaurant ordering the food. It was a lunch time, still Becca took time to finish the order very precisely. Food is GREAT. The bowl is very tasty and totally mouthwatering. I was helped by a young employee? not sure, but I think her... name was Theresa. I actually had a doordash order I was picking up but I wanted to customize my order by adding more/less ofsome ingredients in the bowl and she was being super picky. First she told me that I was okay to do that (I had called beforecoming in) and when I was telling her what I wanted she kept looking back at the receipt and double checking. Don?t get mewrong- I know extra bases are extra cost so I told her what base I had and that I was only looking to just make the bowl inperson with the base I bought. Horrible experience! Staff is pretty rude when making the food and rushed the order even when it was not even busy! Wish the... staff wore hair nets or tied their hair! Issue 1 with food: orderd 2 bowls the falafel were literally raw was eating mushyfilling for the falafel! Issue 2 with food: ordered the naf chips and they made me wait 3 min because they were making them butwas glad to wait as long as they were cooked felt like I got pieces of oil dipped potato slices! I love this place. The pita is always fresh. The food is great. The staff is ok. Sometimes you'll be standing there waiting and... they look at you funny. But otherwise I love the food here. Read more
