Placed order for delivery, 2 hours later still haven?t received it. Called to see where the order is was told by the lady who... answered (who was very rude)that the order wasn?t received although I received a confirmation email. Last time I ordered fromthem I got the order delivered after hour. Should have learned my lesson. Definitely will not be ordering again. Read more

Their pizza is good but not much else is. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon added. When I pulled the top bun off it was loaded... with prepackaged bacon bits. The burger had some kind of seasoning they normally don't use and it was very salty. The fries alsohad some seasoning that usually isn't on them which didn't taste good. The fries also seem as if they precook them, chill themand then fry them because they're just not good. Very dried out. Not going to be ordering anything but Pizza in the future if Ido order again. My mom and I just wanted some pizza. So I call and immediately when they pick up the person puts us on hold. When they get back... and ask for the address, I told them it, and they asked for it again. I spelt it out for them, and they still didn't understand.My mom takes the phone and spells it, they don't understand. This goes on for like 5 minutes, they keep saying they gotdistracted. My mom asks for a new person to get on the phone, so she gets put on hold again. Its the same person again. Samething again, can't get the address. Eventually another person gets on the phone, same thing. She spells the address, the personon the phone keeps saying they didn't hear it or they got distracted. Finally they get the address right. The address was notlong, it was very short. We give basic instructions for the driver to go another way because we don't have doorbells. Also, weasked for a menu for next time and they don't have any. So we're waiting for the pizza now. Not a long wait, thankfully. Thedriver didn't follow the instructions or wasn't given them by the person on the phone, but either way followed them incorrectly.They finally go to the right place. Now the food itself, the pizza in my opinion was really good, so that made up for thepainful calling experience a little. The garlic bread was disgusting. Overall, not worth it. Just curious as to how a pizza place can post pictures of pizzas on their website and on their menus and when you order it?s... completely different. Guess their world famous thin crust is not what they show their customers. I?m a New Yorker and orderedbased upon some delicious looking photos of some New York style pizza and what I got was nothing I wanted. Very disappointing.Why is the pepperoni under the cheese on mine? False advertising. Will not give them another chance. Read more
Service is carry out, no dining in. That being said, the staff was friendly and offered directions to a local park with benches,... and threw in some paper plates napkins and plasticware for free. First time in Chicago or eating chicago style pizza, but wouldeat there again. Read more
