On Saturday, October 8th, 2022, we were charged $39.56 for 2 partially filled, lukewarm bowls of squash soup, and 1 salad. Then... to even sit in a dirty store!! The rug at the main door was hap hazzardly thrown in the corner, trash strewn outside,lightbulbs missing, etc. What are your managers looking at? Are they afraid to direct their employees on what to do or maybethey are not sure of what to do? You really need a cleaning party and then keep it going regularly!! I love Panera Bread! Always craving for their Chipotle chicken avocado melt and Mexican corn chowder. The Sip Club subscription... is worth the spend! Although at times, there are errors on the accuracy of the items or some missed delivery times, the customerservice of Panera Bread is hand down, exceptional! Highly recommended and I am a loyal fan!
