Good service and good pizza . Unfortunately their delivery radius is not great. I?m 4 miles away and they refused delivery.
Don't go to this location... We came in and ordered the stuffed crust pizzas and thought we removed pepperoni through the app,... but the pizza came with pepperoni in the stuffed crust which the app didn't have an option to remove. We could not eat thepepperoni due to religious reasons, and when we explained this to the manager she simply said "that's not our fault" and refusedto remake the pizzas or give us a refund. The manager easily could have just remade the pizzas for us but she just didn't wantto. probably because she was too lazy .We ended up paying for pizzas that we threw away.. Not to mention the store was prettydirty and the area where they made the pizza looked pretty gross. Read more

We got a card board piece for the stuffed pizza that was ordered. It is not acceptable. what would have happened if we had the... card board piece? My friends wanted to order from dominos pizza but I convinced them to order from papa johns. Read more
Yesterday, I had a not so great experience with papa Johns? condensed version, my sick mom and son were sent the wrong pizza? I... was on the phone trying to reach the restaurant for over 5 hours. I?m out of state so my frustration and helplessness was a badcombination. Especially when you can't reach someone. I followed up with the restaurant today. The general manager, Hilary, wasempathetic, understanding, apologetic and helpful. I couldn?t help but ask If there was something wrong in the store. I lovedthat she didn?t give me the pseudo response. She stated they were understaffed and when they get that busy they don?t answerthe phones. Not because they don?t want to? and being that I?ve worked in restaurants, at a hospital etc?. No furtherexplanation was needed. She went on the remake the pizza? and asked what else she could do to make it right. My focus was alwaysto feed a 13 yo, and keep my mom out of the kitchen so she could rest and get well.... and with her help - mission accomplished.So I?m not deleting my papa johns app anytime soon Lolol. Second week in a row we ordered and it was messed up. Last week ordered 2 of the new Parmesan Crusted Papadias, 28 minutes.... Delivery driver calls and says they just started our order. At this point it's at 50 minutes. We finally get them 1 hour 10minutes later...burnt. This week we order a simple pizza and decide to help them out and pick up. Was told 20 minutes. Arrive 30minutes and get told to they gave our order to someone else. Our order was 16" Cheese, Sausage, 1/2 Green Pepper and an order ofbread sticks. Coincidence Unlikely. Waited for our order since we already paid. Scared to take a 3rd try, moving on! Read more
My fiance and I ordered a custom super Hawaiian pizza and some cheese sticks Fri night, we spoke with the manager to order over... the phone. We have been testing out different pizza chains for a while now for this pizza and today we found our favorite byfar! There was a small miscommunication with our order and their customer service was awesome. My fiance even called the managerand gave them a compliment over the phone cuz we were so happy with the pizza. Great job to everyone! Read more
I didn't notice until after I opened the box and realized the seal didn't rip or unstick. It looked like it was closed and... sealed until I opened, but my quality seal on my pizza box was broken, AND the garlic sauce was empty. I think the deliverydriver did something, so now I can't eat the pizza. When I called, they said "it's just two of us so these things happen." Evenwhen I then said as I was on hold I was looking at the box and the one side sticker was loose, and the other side sticker wasINSIDE the box, the only excuse was "we're busy." So, yeah, that's the last time I order from this place. What's the point ofhaving quality control if you're not actually doing it the correct way? Having a really hard time understanding how taking 5extra seconds for a sticker to reassure people that their food wasn't tampered with is just excused by being busy. They can tellme the girl who delivered it has been working there for more than 10 years so they "doubt she did anything" all they want, ifshe doesn't take accountability for this then that's a terrible employee.
