We used to order pizza here several times a year on my late father's birthday and a few other important dates, because he loved... Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, the service & order fulfillment was so bad it was ruining those occasions for us. We took a few yearsaway from this location, and now under new management we've been having great experiences again. If you were previously turnedoff like we were, you can give it another show now with fresh expectations. Read more
Pizza is decent/ok! what needs to change is the customer service...workers seem fatigue/unmotivated. Management needs to step... up and show them how to run the place. Greet the customer and actually ask what it is the customer wants. Not have an awkward 8second stare-off. Read more
I wish I could leave 0 stars the lady with the dark red hair who works the counter is absolutely Miserable. Her customer service... is TERRIBLE. Shes is extremely rude sadly this is the closest location to my house I don't know if she's a manager or just anemployee but they need to do better. I hope she reads this. If you hate your job QUIT. We ordered the new Detroit style pizza. It was pretty good and tasted almost exact. Dough was fluffy, toppings are all the way... to the edges ends are a little crusty (good). There was a lot of sauce but very tasty non acidic, subtly sweet with a hint oforegano which is how it?s served in Detroit. The crust was cooked but for Detroit style it needs to be a little more well done.Plentiful toppings and fresh mushroom and fresh onions! These are new special pans as of the debut of this style pizza inFebruary 2021 and will get well seasoned over time making the pizza perfectly brown and crusty with a nice chew. Read more

We love that there's a Pizza Hut so close to us and our order is usually ready within 15 minutes. We ordered last night and it... said our order would take 70-90 minutes?! So, I called the store to confirm. Between my husband and I, we probably called 15times. They answered once, picked up, left the phone on the counter. I'm sure the were super busy and overwhelmed, but to bethat dismissive of customers, that's crazy. Needless to say, no one ever picked up, no one ever called back and we never pickedup our pizza. We ended up taking our business elsewhere. It's disappointing because both my husband and I grew up on Pizza Hutand really enjoy our pizza nights. Read more
