Went through the drive-thru. Had to repeat my order at least three times and they still got it wrong. I heard two spicy breasts... Cajun rice with an extra side of mashed potatoes. I got breast in a wing and missing Cajun rice. They didn't charge me for itbut it's like the guy wasn't really listening. Definitely better service then the Popeyes up the street in Mount Prospect. Although they did forget my order of fries and I had... to go back, their customer service was above adequate. Finishing off the leftovers straight out of the oven. "Love that chickenfrom Popeye's!" Read more

My chicken was good but the Mac and Cheese was not. My sister ordered 2 regular Mac and Cheese sides. There was so much cheese... and barely any macaroni. We were able to fill one of the containers it came with, with just blobs of cheese. :( Read more

My son is a big fan of Popeyes and we love their food, especially Cajun Fries and Tenders (was soft and tasty in previous). We... never regretted or complained in previous about their service and food but today, I want to share for today and I feel sad thatI can only give them one star. As you seen the picture order was received when I got home and the lady at the Drive-Thru didn?tgive me the receipt either. I am very disappointed and not happy. I don?t think the lady understood how to take my order whichwas for ?#4 Tenders 5 pcs Combo with side of Large Beans & Rice and added of Large Cajon Fries.? (Isn?t that simple?) However,the lady gave out the picture food which never ordered or looks like something mixed. The worst part was the TENDERS are veryhard to eat and very disappointed this time. My son had only 1 piece because he couldn?t eat well. Better check the order beforeleave or should be ordered inside next time.
