They literally count the slices of tomatoes, cucumber on your sandwiches and try to reduce the veggies to as minimum as... possible. Placed an online order for two subs and a personal pizza and waited about 25 minutes to pick it up. Upon arrival the employee... asked if I had an online order and I said yes. She was assisting another customer and basically told me I had to wait eventhough I had placed my order almost 30 minutes beforehand and there was only one person in line. The employees there areconstantly rude and unless you ask for extra veggies they put minimum amount of veggies as if it costs extra for more. Andthere's usually only one employee there so if there is more than one person in line be ready to wait an eternity for your food.Please get it together. Read more
very disappointing experience. i was their regular customer 2-3 times/week. i placed my order online first time to save my time... in store. i ordered veggie patty sandwich. when i unpacked my order at home what i see, there is no veggie patty , no cheese andno dressing. i called them to make sure if i got the right order, the lady said when you come back to the store i will check thecamera. seriously, i rather go and use my time to other subway location where they trust their customers , the other day i foundplastic zip wire in my sandwich too but i thought things happen and i ignored that . trust your customer and improve your foodquality Read more
Terrible customer service. I ordered $36 worth of subway to find out that one of my sandwiches was not toasted as I requested on... the order. I tell the associate it's not toasted and it has cold bacon, they refuse to toast the sandwich and literally made mepay for another sandwich just for it to be toasted. Another $13 which is ridiculous. Also the cookies I received were hard asrocks. They don't care about their customers at all. Read more
