Best Ramen place! It was clean, fantastic service, and very friendly.

We were remembering the Yu?s of a decade ago. Boy has it changed! Our Rangoon was dripping of grease and almost no stuffing.... Ate only one. The Xing pow pork was so bad I left 2/3?s of it on the plate. The Snowpea Beef was passable. We ordered friedrice to accompany our dinner but it arrived after we finished. Not the old Yu?s! Place was pretty slow but they're too busy to help us. We're from out of town and recall hearing good things about this... restaurant. Guess this is the first and last time we'll drop in. We seated ourselves after asking the front desk what to do...as we're not familiar with how they operate. Seated for 10 min and finally a waiter greeted us and asked to take our order. Wehaven't gotten the menu yet and he didn't seem to notice I have 2 kids with me. Asked if I'm by myself... ???? Food is ok,service is alright... At least the waiter try his best. Yu's, in Schaumburg, Chicken Fried Rice was not fresh, and it was laden with so much soy sauce that it was brown and tasted of... heavy sodium. It was disappointing! The Dragon and Phoenix was good and the Egg Roll was good. We used take out. Anotherundesirable change is that take out orders were placed by Yu's on a table in front of the take out counter. So anyone canaccess and touch your food bag if its out before you arrive... and I saw it happen to other folks food. Read more

We dined in couple of weeks ago (5/15/22) the service was so-so. We understand that restaurants are short on staff? you get my... point. The food was good so we decided to order through DoorDash! They made a mistake with the food and gave it to someone else?so our food was late almost an hour! I called and spoke with the manager and she said it?s not their fault but DoorDash! Mindingyou that our bill was almost $100! When we got our food, this is what we got!!! Burnt beef on the stick and everything riceburnt as well! When I asked for a refund and I offered to bring the food back, she made it clear that I should take it up withDoorDash because they have a contract and she doesn?t get paid until end of the month!!!! The food is the best we order Mongolian beef and sesame chicken everything is full of flavor but the rice quantity is very small... for 5 plate, the waitress and Manger were nice . They cook in front of you it's a nice experience love this place so much andit's so clean FYI they charge around 20% services if you are more than 6 people Read more

Had been going there for years went for sons birthday good was very good just inconsistent three of us ordered Mongolian beef... came with rice and the rice was all different portions. And one of them had so much onion it was unbelievable. Read more
