Love Applebee's food but this place needs some work. Twice in a row was not greeted, place was empty but still 20 min wait to... be seated, kids skateboarding and smoking at the front door bumping into people walking in... not a good atmosphere for arelaxing dinner. Read more
So sorry for giving a 2 star, we started going back to Applebee's after covid and had good food and great experience. But the... last time we went waited 1/1/2 hours for our food had 3 kids with us so was hard to leave. Other tables had left, apparently notenough help in the kitchen, and the management had sent helpers home the next time we were in. I really hope they get themanagement issues figured out because I really enjoy this applebees. Read more
Service was so slow and the new management was transphobic toward my friend. He was flirting with us until he asked for her id... and then refused us drinks and switched waiters. He hid in the back until we left and the moment we walked out he was back atthe front of the building. Our other waitress was so nice and apologized but this experience was ridiculous. Read more
I love their franchise because anytime I come into the one on Cambridge Road we?re always welcome I know most of the workers... there very good very clean very respectful that?s what I like about them I love that Applebee?s I wouldn?t change it foranything in the world thank you for being kind. When my family and I pulled up, the restaurant had a lot of people. It was graduation week for my daughter's, nieces and... nephew's and my father was in from out of town. So we were looking for a place to eat. So long story short, they helped us gettables and the service was great. Everything came out on time and we had a blast. The server Casey failed to advertise their new drinks. So because she failed to mention the drinks . We let 30 mins go by and... asked for a free drink as advertised. However she didn?t want to honor it. I asked to speak with her manager, who?s name wasMichael . Michael backed his coworker Casey up and said they had until the end of the bill to offer the new drinks. This was anact of false advertising. Inwhich was not honored. Also the attitudes while telling us no was disgusting, and notreasonable. #because of principle we walked out of the store and decided not to give them out business. Plenty of comfortable seating with friendly, efficient service and delicious food. There?s also a bar and some Big screen TVs to... watch sports. My flaky salmon paired nicely with garlic mashed potatoes & broccoli. My brother?s shrimp & chicken was deliveredto him sizzling and was quickly devoured. Read more
I ordered the new neighborhood Burger, it was so small I should have gone to McDonald's for a Burger. My wife ordered the... macaroni and cheese and it was ice cold and hard. Our waitress should waitress somewhere else, she was great. I will neverreturn to applebee's again worst experience ever Read more
