So, so bad. Ordered the truffle fries as an appetizer and a burger. The truffle fries were incredibly salty, soggy, and cold. I... usually like salt but this was insane. The burger I ordered was supposed to be medium well but was closer to medium rare.Service was horrible. Once the staff caught on that we weren’t very pleased with the food it seemed like they started ignoringus. Waiter came by all of 3 times the entire time. Was so hungry but the food was borderline inedible. So disappointing for thevery high prices. Like 19 dollars for a burger come on. The waiter only took off the fries from our bill. Never going back. OMG fantastic. Staff is awesome and friendly. Food is amazing. I had the chautobriand (sp) and it was like cutting butter. The... French onion soup is top notch. Will be back! Try the raspberry gin it was awesome! Read more
Great Bar Selection... menu is appropriate. Rare to find such a well stocked bar with skilled bartenders in schenectady. Fella... suggested the steak tartare… 8/10, steak could’ve been minced a bit smaller and needed Maldon salt or perhaps capers. Pankofried soft egg was a great addition. Went here for dinner with the girls last night and loved it! Waiter was terrific and margaritas were great. R&B playlist an... added bonus. Appetizers and drinks came out quickly, however there was an almost impossibly long wait for the entrées.Nevertheless, still 5 stars because it was worth the wait! The blackened sea bass special was perhaps the best meal I’veenjoyed at a restaurant all year! Read more
Good restaurant in this part of NY state. Good wine and beer list. We had a variety of dishes, ranging from the "famous" pot... roast, the burger, the ceasar salad, the shrimp cocktail and ana's meatballs. The quality of these dishes were about average atbest. Our food were very salty, without anything standout. We felt that for the prices that this restaurant demands, it doesnot deliver. Service was excellent. A fine eating establishment off the beaten path. Wait staff was super courteous and on point during our whole 2 hour... dinner. Loved the Mother’s Day specials. Overall the establishment is very well kept and a higher standard above the rest.The experience is definitely worth the money spent. Would definitely visit again. Read more
Ordered steak medium. Came dry and well done. Food was mediocre at best. Service was fine
