Ordered online. After waiting over 45 minutes to pick up our order hubby was told he "never ordered". Ok, kewl. He called in an... order elsewhere, picked it up on the way home, and we had a great meal. Will never even THINK of ordering from this place everagain. Really too bad...we LOVE to eat local. The staff was unfriendly. The food was blah. The added tip and food shortage is a built in rip off. One cluster is less than ... the 1/2 ounce of snow crab legs per the menu. The raw oysters were warm but served on ice. The food took forever and arrivedmixed up! At the table, we had to swap sides to correct the order. All four people in my party vowed to never return. Girlfriend and I visited over the weekend. Great hidden place located close to downtown Schenectady. We love going to these kind... of places in larger cities so it’s nice to know there is one close by. We recommend the Drumming Crab sauce, it was supertasty! Prices were very fair and the food was fresh. Staff was super friendly and attentive to us. We both ordered a combo ofour own and both left with leftovers. Will definitely come back! Read more
First time dining here. It's a really nice place. It kind of hurts that they are not on a main street that would attract more... customers. Restaurant is a nice size. Very clean and neat. Smells like a seafood restaurant only when you walk in. There is abar and currently they are only serving beer however the waitress said they will be having full bar services in the next fewweeks. Maybe this will help attract more customers. She was really nice and friendly. We were the only customers there since itwas kinda early when we went. In my opinion the taste of the food and amount of food was much better than my last trip to BoilShack in Albany. It had a wonderful flavor with just the right amount of spice. I ordered the one pound of crab legs and halfpound of shrimp combo. Came with an egg, piece of corn and a potato. The price, portion and taste all matched up. Everything here was so refreshing!! The food, the service, the company. We came here after the casino. This is a delicious... traditional seafood boil with the freshest food and awesome seasoning. The prices are SO reasonable. They are working on theirliquor license so we almost passed this up, but SO HAPPY we didn’t. Try it. Support them. You won’t be disappointed. Read more
I am very pleased with my order. So tasty and fresh. I used to go to union crab but I will never go back again. The sauce was on... point the potatoes were nice and the corn was delicious.
