I make an online order and they give me whatever they want instead of just ask is I want the order or not.
For the most part this Dunkin Donuts is fantastic with very few errors in orders makes this a prime dine. Don't come on a... Saturday or you will be waiting a while. Update 2021 continues to be slammed with lines into the St, Also This dunkin' donutsalong with others show that they're open online even though they're closed, losing money, garbage all over people hanging out inthe parking lots. If anybody wants something from dunkin' donuts they'd better frequent the lower Broadway and Congress st onewhich is open way later than the other ones at 7:00pm and they're closed losing big money. July 2022 Sundays and Mondays appearto be packed as well. Read more

They took forever in the drive thru, then didn't let me have a chance to look at the menu before ordering. They seriously rushed... us through so we could hurry up and wait in line to get to the window to get our drinks. They were super slow and rude. Read more

The order taker was extremely polite, understanding and explained the items in the menu. Yall were so fast. We pulled in to the... parking lot even though we knew there would be a wait. But we were only in line for 5 minute's. There was 10 cars in front of usand for only a 5 min wait is impressive. Honestly Dunkin Donuts is great quality food and exceptional customer service. I feltlike my party had to tip. Much respect for these workers and the amount of patience they gave us. Plus our coffee's were sweetand the right amount of whip cream. If I am ever in the area I find this location asap. I highly recommend people stop by thisexact location. The food didn't taste freezer burned, the service was amazing and the wait is better than most places. To thecashier and order takers thank yall. I even did a survey. This Dunkin Crew is hands down the Best. They have always taken great are of me and my crew at Whispering Pines GC. It's kinda... tradition to go here now. They actually know us pretty well.
