UPDATE! About a month ago, on a Saturday, i ordered a meatball calzone and it was extraordinary! It had a crispy crust topped... with a variety of tasty seasonings. It was so delicious that I proceeded to order the same thing 3 Saturdays in a row. I EVENTRIED TO CALL TO SAY HOW GOOD IT WAS After being on hold for 10 minutes, it was obvious no one would talk with me. Then, sadly,the Sat. Meatball calzone that I loved went BACK TO ORDINARY. Still good, but no longer exceptional. We are very loyal long termcustomers. I'm sharing my experience in the hope the "special meatball calzone maker" will come back. Thanks. Best foodavailable! Homestyle has been one of my family top Go-To restaurants for take-out, family parties and catering ever since I was a Freshman... in high school over 30 years ago ! I made an effort to place an order at 9:20am fir a delivery specified at 11:45 lm for lunch at 12pm. I made this clear to the... girl who answered. A number of pizzas and sodas for staff who work outside to buy them lunch. I paid $81.00 and gave them aneven $100 to be sure to be on time. They showed up 35 mon late. Unacceptable. Adding NO UTENSILS, CUPS OR NAPKINS! The men hadto use washed out coffee cups. Truly embarrassed. I called back and the " Manager" said " oh I see all the ordering you've donewith us, I'll have ANTHONY' call you back and make it right " ( NO CALL BACK) We spent so much $ there for an entire graduationon a cruise boat for 75 people.... never again. Got my delivery without the soda i ordered, called them and they said oh yeah thay was a mistake on our end we didnt add the... soda to your order. So i went over pricing cu it didnt sound right. Mind you they asked if i wamted to put a tip on the card forthe driver and i saod yes 10 bucks. So now in the end, i have to wait for a re-delivery of my soda and they charged me a 5dollar delivery charge thay thwy never even mentioned to me. My family placed $160 order today, the largest cost of that order was 40 wings (half BBQ, half mild). We know they're expensive... right now, this is in NO WAY a complaint about the price of the wings. This was a TERRIBLE experience in customer service. Theywere delivered, we were shorted 10, and there was NO sauce. Not in a separate bag, none. When we called we were told that theywould deliver the sauces. But by the time they got here our food would be cold to which the manager told me we should "pop themin your oven". Well Homestyle, if we wanted to "pop anything in the oven" today we would've paid less $ and cooked our owndinner. I questioned the managers solution and his response was, "well we're not sending you another 40 wings. They're tooexpensive, that's nuts". I understand today was probably very busy, that's part of running a business, functioning well underpressure. It's not our problem that they would be taking a loss to correct their mistake, provide better customer service, andensure we are returning customers. We should've just waited to get through to Highbridge Pizza, despite how much busier theywere, because at least they show appreciation for their customers. Read more
Ordered some food at the farmer's market and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend people to go check this place out. They... are not stingy with the sauce and the garlic knots I got were slathered with the sauce. Read more
Had breakfast pizza for first time today omg it was awesome! Full of flavor everything was fresh and the cookies are to die for... there real Italian cookies those made my morning ???? want great food and cookies this is the place ty for this morning you guysdid great!
