There?s currently a mask mandate going on due to the global pandemic that has killed almost a million people in the United... States alone. I?m not sure why this particular Stewart?s thinks they?re above holding that mandate. I walked in and there was agroup of around 5 teens- none of them wearing a mask, and patrons inside also already not wearing a mask. It?s reallydisheartening to see not even an attempt to get people to wear their masks. Unfortunately, I will have to make a report withPHS. Taking good care of your employees and customers means providing a space that is free from a potentially deadly virus and Ihope you as an establishment can learn to take that seriously. Read more
Went during the hours kids are on lunch so super crowded
This is by far my favorite Stewart's shop. The staff at this particular location is very friendly, remembers my family, and... treats us with so much respect. Excellent service and they are always smiling. Dealing with the public is not easy, but theymake it look easy. The staff a company hires is so important and can reflect on the company itself. Stewarts did themselves afavor by hiring some of these super nice people. Read more
Vanessa refused a 2/$3 deal and ripped the sign down in front of me, after not giving her any sort of hassle or attention, was... then provoked and taunted for doing so. (She was not ringing me out in any way, Rosa was on register) Rosa was very helpful andgave me the deal, but for the other chick to taunt me behind her counter is extremely rude and uncalled for. I don't know which one you are but I plan to find out later on today. One of your employees stopped to check on my daughter on... their way to work, even gave her some water. He doesn't know her and he stopped to help her. Thank you for that, you are myhero. ? Read more
Went in there last week. I ordered to half pint ice cream and this one woman that worked there who claims she is an assistant... manager kept saying that she would make a better store manager than him (whoever that) the whole time I was basically ignoredarrived home and my ice cream order was messed up.
