Thank you for being open and taking coupons that no one in Albany would take (shame on them). This subway even answered the... phone when I called...great service....they did good teamwork. Watch out for stale rolls. Unwrapped my sub only to find that this roll was very stale. Took me by surprise as Subway shops can... usually be counted on to deliver a reasonable product. Unfortunately, you won't find it here. I called the manager who claimedit was "impossible" as they get rid of old rolls every morning. HA! I don't think so. To save the cost of fresh rolls, you havelost my business (and probably others). Penny wise and pound foolish. Read more
