We decided on going out for frozen yogurt instead of soft serve after dinner. When we walked in the store, I was pleasantly... surprised at how clean the store was, it literally smelled fresh and clean. Unfortunately, it has not been so clean in thepast. It was nice to see the store very busy on a summer Friday night. As soon as we walked in, we were nicely greeted by anassociate and asked if this was our first time visiting. She was very sweet and ready to assist our family. Disposable gloveswere readily available to put on when using the machines and topping bar. The machines and topping bar were very clean. Theassociate behind the counter was pleasant and filled toppings as necessary. The associate who greeted us, cleaned tables andchairs as soon as customers were finished eating and left. It was nice to sit at a clean table and not get your arms stickywith someone's yogurt spill. The team working on the evening of July 15, 2022 should be commended. They were A++++ , friendly,courteous and clean. We enjoy going to Sweet Frog. I certainly hope the store remains like it was last night! Read more
Every single time we go into this location half the flavors are down, machines turned around. The ones that are ?working?... nothing comes out of, drips of liquid. And not a single sole is behind the counter to speak to. I?ve walked out 4x now and neveronce been able to try this place! It?s unbelievably disappointing. Do better please. Read more
Love this place. They have a wide variety of toppings to add to your frozen yogurt. If you haven't tried it, I prefer caramel... on top of strawberry frozen yogurt with gummies and some strawberry juicy pop balls. Read more
