We've ordered from here countless times and have been loyal to them for years. Always communicated if they were slow or busy. ... But this last time they took over an hour and 15 minutes to deliver and when they delivered the food it was all cold. Iunderstand things happen but we had no communication. So why the 1 star? Because they lied. We made the order through Sliceat 4:30pm. When the order was well past the promised delivery time of 5:30 and no one was answering the phone I reached out toslice and started a chat with a representative. I informed them the delivery had not arrived and they said they would reachout. They lied and Towne said it was delivered at 5:20. About 5 minutes later it arrived, cold at 5:45pm. I reached out againto slice saying I have a doorbell camera with a timestamp and that the food was now delivered but cold. I also informed them Ihave documented proof of both time and temperatures (88-90*) but again they told the representative that they delivered it at anearlier time and it was hot. This day and age with doorbell cameras and infrared sensors in camera phones, it's really not wiseto lie about it. You lost us, best of luck in the future. Read more
I ordered the chicken Parm chicken was not seasoned at all sauce had a funny taste. They forgot my bread and gave me the wrong... dressing. I called back and she wad like of ok. Not make it again or sorry just basically oh well asked for manager there isnone. What a waste of 18.00. Do yourself a favor and don't bother eating here. Read more
Never had a bad experience. Great food. Friendly workers. Always on time.
I am usually a 3 time a week customer until tonight. I ordered the chicken parm special, normally there are 2 to good size... pieces of chicken cooked perfectly but tonight I received about enough chicken completely burnt and over cooked to make asandwich for $12.15. I called to let them know how dissatisfied I was and told the counter girl I couldn't even eat it, heranswer was I'm sorry sir and that was it. Great way to stand behind your food Towne! I have accepted that wing prices have gone up,but once you are paying $ 16 - $ 17 for 12 wings they better be really good. I ... ordered 12 bone in and had 2 requests. I wanted the " nuclear" ,extra hot and I wanted extra sauce on top and I got neither. The wings were dry and tastefully boring. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Read more
First time trying. Had broccoli pizza, pepperoni pizza, antipasta and mild chicken wings. All delish!!! Pizzas cooked perfectly.... Wings nice n crispy and salad was really fresh. Awesome! Read more
