Was asked to pull back around in a few minutes even though I was the only one there. Came back after 5 minutes and went to order... 2 drinks and was told to pull forward immediately after ordering my first one without hesitation. Said I still have one more andthe guy got an attitude and told me to pull back around again in a few more minutes even though I?m still the only one there.Every time I go at night its ALWAYS a problem like this. I do ALOT of Door Dashing in the evening for month now and every time we have to pick up an order from this location they have... one sweet elderly gentleman in there working all ALONE and doing his very best to complete all the drive thru orders.Hesometimes will ask us to come back in a few minutes so he can have a chance to catch up.He is VERY friendly and kind I just findit sad and ridiculous they don't get him some help in there in the evenings. Coffee??.. Yes, fine! However their ice-cream is beyond the worst I have ever had!! I ordered their "warm" cookie sundae and it... was literally garbage!! The cookies were soooooooo stale, not even remotely warm (like the name says). One tiny scoop of icecream and the cookies were not even edible! So I paid $5 for a little scoop of ice cream and whip! Umm sorry.. So not worth It.And it's not the first bad ice cream I've recieved from here but this was by far the worst! Also some of the most unfriendlyservice I have ever encountered! I frequent this location a lot as I work nearby. Sometimes on my lunch break I will come over here and have coffee and relax.... It's usually very busy but they keep people moving fairly quickly. There used to be a woman that worked here that was veryfriendly and my favorite employee. I haven't seen her in a while, so I'm guessing she went someplace else. Most everyone else isnice as well, but this woman always had a smile for everyone. Read more
I got a plain waffle cone with a scoop of old fashioned butter pecan & Snickers drizzled with caramel. Man that ice cream was... awesome plus the service was quick. The store was clean & staff was very friendly. Read more
