Food was ok. Was a bit on the dark side as if the oil needed to be changed. After one glass of Ice Tea, they ran out and did not... brew more. We even had to wait for ketchup since there was not enough bottles to service the few customers that were dining atthe time. Could do better. Read more

I came here yesterday evening at around 7 with my uncle & cousin. First, we waited about 5 minutes to get seated, totally fine... right, we waited. We get seated and people are walking in after us and getting asked what they want. Mind you, the place wasliterally empty! not packed at all and about 5-7 waiters. We waited an extra 20 minutes without being asked for what we wanted.I had to raise my hand to get someone’s attention like hey, we haven’t gotten a waiter? we wait another 3 minutes and weorder drinks + our wings. The drinks took at least 10 minutes and the bar wasn’t even packed …. Our drinks come. stillwaiting for our food. literally a whole hour for our food to finally come to our table and the waitress mixed up everything.brought stuff we didn’t order and then notices oh it has to be this then. like??? must’ve been their first day becausejeeeeez? it gets better because we then order a second ranch because well, why not? it never came. Uncle ordered a refill and itdidn’t come until he was half done with his plate. We didn’t finish the food because IT WAS COLD. the chicken wings tastedunseasoned and barely had sauce. It’s like they had finished it and left it sitting in the back then finally the waitressrealized. then on top of that, I got chills and had a bad case of the number 2. not okay, at all and super unnecessary. moneyspent on trash. This was my first time having Buffalo Wild Wings and I went to this location for my 6 free wings for my birthday. I got the... boneless wings with lemon pepper seasoning and ranch on the side. They were amazing. Could not have been happier. The servicewas really good and the wings were ready even faster than I was told which was nice. I'll be going back again. Read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. This location, at least today, felt like it was ran by a bunch of college and high school kids.... Disgusting, poorly managed, gross food, and no sense of organization. First and foremost, there was literally nobody up front tocheck people in or seat them. There’s no sense of feeling welcomed. We can blame that on a slow day. Sure. What can’t beblamed on a slow day is the absolutely disgusting bathrooms. The woman’s bathrooms are an abomination. You can’t even lockthe doors because they stick together. The gray tin where we put our pads is full. And the toilets don’t even flush all theway. To top the bathroom experience off, the non nature friendly paper towel dispenser was stuck and/or out. First impression,disgusting and broken all in 5 minutes of being here. Second, there’s at least 10 waiters/waitresses on the floor doingabsolutely nothing. My boyfriend had a waiter threaten to write another waiter up over who was taking our table right in frontof us. Completely unprofessional. Lots of waitresses on their phones or gathering by their stands while customers needed checks,refills, or boxes. Absolutely ridiculous. Never coming here again. Read more
Okay Buffalo Wild Wings let me start with saying the staff was friendly and cool. When I walked in the establishment. Now the... only issue I had was how the food is packaged. It’s honestly to messy and the box you guys place the chicken in gets wet andsweaty from the chicken fresh out of the grease on top of the sauce thats placed on it the chicken is good but I don’t likethe mess I think it’s time Buffalo Wild Wings rethink the package for chicken there’s no way I should have to sit in theestablishment in order to enjoy the full effects of Buffalo Wild Wings food sauce was all Over the place and inside the bag andon box but besides the packaging I enjoyed the food just not a fan of the mess. Rather disappointing. I intended to dine in at the bar. The bartender completely ignored my presence. After five plus minutes,... he even gave menus to a couple seated next to me without even acknowledging me. I left the bar, and went to the hostess to orderas takeout. Whom I tipped generously! It turns out their wings without any type of sauce is quite flavorless. My first timehere, I didn't know any better. Gave them a pass in that regard. Read more
