The elderly woman on the drive thru today was by far the rudest employee I?ve ever encountered at a Culver?s especially this... one. She keep telling me to hold on at the speaker box then when she finally did take my order she huffed and puffed through theentire order as if my order was draining her. I pull to the window to pay where I sit for an additional 3 minutes while she hasher back to me never even acknowledging my presence. She was standing there taking orders, huffing and puffing and rolling hereyes the entire time I sat at the window. I beeped my horn to get her attention, she looked up from the computer screen over herright shoulder rolled her eyes and continued typing. I just drove off. The drive thru was backed up to the heavens and not asingle person was waiting for an order. Also all of the employees are walking around wearing blue gloves which wouldn?t be badbut they aren?t changing them AT ALL! I'm sure I've rated this before. We like this Culver's and are never disappointed. Service is pretty quick even on the busiest... days. Whatever we order is always prepared well. It's definitely a step above most fast food restaurants. Read more
Somehow avoided ever going to one of these restaurants over the years. I wasn't worse for it. The hype the fish sandwich gets is... probably from people who only eat fish if it's heavily breaded and deep fried. At the end of the day it's just fast food. Read more

Usually a great experience. This time we waited 20 minutes in drive thru for custard after ordering. Finally went inside and... got it myself. This isn't their usual service but unfortunately sometimes things go wrong. Read more
