How it started: Greeted at the external door by a note that advised an 18% gratuity will be added to all checks. Noted this... with great appreciation. Often restaurants don't tell up front and end up getting double gratuities (and a negative review fromme). Inside we were welcomed with a smile and shown to the table. There were many tables to choose from. After we began to lookat the menu, the hostess pops up and asks us to move to a different section. Ok no problem How it went: After being seated inthe new section we received chips and salsa. They were great! We continued to scan the menu and specials, our drinks wereserved and the wait began. It was a SHORT wait. Next thing you know fragrant fajitas, camarones and a dish called alhambrewere being delivered. Everything looked great and tasted how it looked. Portions were ample. No one could even finish theirmeals. How it ended: we were offered the desserts, and we passed. We were thanked for our visit and given our check. Closedour check out and left the table. It was great the the young man at the host stand extended pleasant farewell and thanked usagain. Will I go back?: yes, and I would recommend as well. Give jalapeños a shot. Read more

I'm hoping it will get back to what it used to be. I know every restaurant is struggling now. Service was good, but food was... not up to par. We didn't even take home our leftovers. I used to love their margaritas. It tasted like chemicals. Neverfinished our drinks either. Left and went elsewhere for some appetizers and a cocktail. Hope things get better. Last week, I came here tonight for dinner. It was my first time here. The hostess stand was pretty busy trying to seat... everyone. Once I was seated, I was brought chips and salsa, A few moments later, my waitress came to take my order. Starter:Chips and Salsa. The chips were nice and crispy. The salsa was good and not very spicey. Drink: Margarita. Delicious! Entree:Carne Asada with grilled veggies, refried beans, rice, and grilled shrimp with melted butter. The carne asada was so good! Itwas seasoned very well and was easy to cut. The veggies was cooked nicely and was still crispy. The refried beans were goodand had lots of cheese on it. The rice was decent. The shrimp was so good and seasoned nicely! It had a cup that was full ofmelted butter that you could drip them in. Overall, I really enjoyed everything and had a great time. Read more
Ordered 5 meals this evening that we picked up and brought home. Each of us thought the meals were exceptional. We?ve eaten... here from time to time over the years and felt it was better than ever.
