Poor service won't be back. I was so appalled by the poor service I walked out. I walked in was not greeted check the menu... out. Walked up to the register one girl behind register and two boys either side of her. Did not say hello can I take yourorder. They all just stood there looking at me. I had no idea if they were ready to take my order or not. Look at all of themand said it would be nice of you to greet your customers. I promptly walked out. I never ever go back to Jimmy John's again. You have to be seriously kidding me you don't Train your people better. Read more
While I'm not DEATHLY allergic to onions, I am still allergic to onions. Like many reviews before mine, I also have chalked it... up to being short staffed/new staff. However this location has consistently put onions on when I stated in my online order "noonions". Again im not going to die, but now im going to have stomach issues for the rest of the day......great. Probably goingto be the last time i order from there. Update 4/26/22: After a very rude delivery driver gave me one stinker of a side eye ivedecided to no longer order from here. You guys did your best, but I do truly feel im being a burden when im asking for noonions; and I'm no longer going to be one. I gave this location a fair shake, but after today no thanks. Kudos to the staff here. I was waiting in the car with my daughter'dog as they closed on their house. I went over to Jimmy... John's and asked for a cup of water and they obliged without even blinking an eye! Thank you so much and we will be back! Read more

So, my sandwich was made incorrectly BUT that is not the most important part of this review. I am so impressed by the manger Dan... handling my concern and being so down to earth. He was also very willing to fix the issue. The assistant manager who took myorder was also VERY pleasant. I have not been to JJs in while and not only did he provide me with information about the rewardsprogram, but also he made personalizations to my order with a great attitude without making me feel like I was asking for toomuch. Overall, great customer service AND they have a drive thru! Thanks you all for providing an excellent customer serviceexperience even amid an error. Read more
We love Jimmy Johns sandwiches, and we use this location often. We have found a consistent problem though, with getting our... orders right. We are very deliberate in making sure we give our orders slowly and clearly, but the sandwiches are seldom asordered if we wish to leave off the lettuce, tomatoes, or mayo. We have to deal with unhappy grandchildren when they unwraptheir sandwich and it is wrong again. We find ourselves removing as much lettuce as we can, or scraping off the mayo. This lasttime we resorted to taking the turkey and cheese off the delicious Jimmy John's bread and putting it on a slice of plain oldwhite bread we had in the cabinet so our little four year old grandson could enjoy it without the lettuce and mayo we had askedto be left off.
