My sister had just gotten out of the hospital and had me stop at Popeyes because she had a taste for it. There was all of four... cars in the whole place and it took us 45 minutes to get some chicken nuggets. I wouldn't have stayed just for me I didn't eveneat anything. I always wonder about places that take that long if they're messing with your food. I tried to go in the door andit was locked so all you could do was use the drive-thru. This has got to be the worst Popeye's. I have not been here for a year because of terrible service. Yell they stay true to form.... I try to go in and the worker waits until I get to the door to tell me it's drive through only because of low staffing. It's onepm so I go through the drive through and order an eight piece. I get home and noticed of the eight piece they gave me fourbreasts. This place needs to be shut down Please stay away. Read more
The staff was rude and arguing with each other which is why they were inaccurate with orders. The staff was very unprofessional.... I had a coupon for 10pcs mixed and while I am aware there is an up charge for changing the coupon ( I wanted all dark) therestaurant was all out of biscuits and I thought the polite thing to do would be to let me get the all dark due to them nothaving an important part of the meal available. My food then was rung up wrong causing a longer wait after I had already waitedfifteen minutes to order. I asked for fries as a side they were dried out and hard , no biscuits and the Mac and cheese seemedold. My order was wrong so I had to wait for more chicken to be made while the girl at the register proceeded to argue with meabout why she got the order wrong saying ? I didn?t hear that I?m only human?. There was a supervisor on duty that seem to notcare about the restaurant or the customers due to her having her kids run around in the lobby. I even witnessed the girl takingthe order arguing with a customer after me. The entire experience was bad! There are three Popeyes I have access to in my areaand they all have terrible service but the one I went to today in scherville IN was by far the worst experience I have ever had!I used to consider this Popeyes the best of the 3 and I?m extremely disappointed!!! I will never spend my money here again! AndI will tell everyone that ask to keep their money and go somewhere else!! I work in customer service industry I always have sothe one thing I know is how to treat people and people will forgive a lot of things as long as they are treated good but I wastreated horribly AND the restaurant was dirty AND the food was subpar!! I just left the Popeyes in Schererville and l order to 4 piece combo and they gave me what was lefted over in the kitchen but... serviced two patrons after us as we waited we did not get what we paid for at all... Read more
I believe in giving businesses & folks second chances because everyone has a bad day. Yesterday , May 2,2022. We went there and... got the meal for $ 28.00 + tax. I added some pictures. Notice the Mac & cheese, it's not properly filled & the biscuits were atad bit burnt. My husband & I have over 19 years of experience in the bakery & fast food. We know how food is prepped, cooked,baked, packaged & presented. This is just unprofessional. I understand times are difficult & there's allegedly a shortage ofsupplies & etc but quality, & customer service should always come first & the prices should still be affordable because it'saffecting everyone. Ordered 11pc promotional special, was told they can only offer 9 PC at the time .Failed to mention nothing about only... wings.....gave me 9 old wings that obviously sitting for a while. Drive up was only option, however staff was enjoying diningat least 3 of the tables. Read more
Hit or miss with quality and speed of service. Expect a wait time of 10-60 minutes and food quality ranging from excellent to... food poisoning. Don't bother going inside when the kine is long, it's just going to be an ordeal. The staff here is CONSTANTLYFIGHTING (dinner and a show!) They forget items often and sometimes shut down because staff BRAWLS interfere with the dinnerrush (not once, but on multiple occasions). Too bad I LOVE Popeyes Read more
