I enjoy Red Robin's food and have had it at different locations. I would give my opinion on the preparation of the food and... quality of the service but I didn't even get that far. The hostess/hosts need to do better when it comes to estimated waittimes. They told my friend and I that the wait to dine-in would be around 20 minutes. We were okay with that and went to wait inour car. We decided to drive around because we were very hungry and decided to wait at another restaurant, be seated, order ourfood, start to eat our food when we finally got a text from Red Robin that our table was ready....an hour and a half later!Outrageous Read more

Food was good. Just clean a bit better please. You should not be calling us to the table where you then have to tell us to wait... to wipe it down. How about not sitting people in the same tables as the last customers right away and rotate them being used tolet them air dry after being clean. Read more
