Schererville location. Not sure if all steak and shake are like this, but being met by a kiosk is so uninviting. Personnel was... nice. My daughter worked there about 6 years ago and she would have 6 and more tables to wait on. Not even one waitress orwaiter?? Get your own food and seat yourself? I'll just go to macdonalds!
