stopped here on the way back home to Wisconsin from vacation. Service was exceptional. Waiter and manager were very attentive... and food came out quick. They must've been working hard to correct a few things! now the negative, their entrées are way tooexpensive. you can go over to Chili's and get that three for 10 meal and it's a great value. Nobody at this Friday's location cares about their job. The way it looks from the outside, they need to pull their weeds and... trim their bushes. Their windows are so dirty, the washroom smells. I order a lot of carryout, their portions are so off. I havepayed for catering many times and got dinner portions. Management doesn't care to make things right. It's a waste. So I took mybusiness to Olive Garden. Couldn't be happier, everyone is so nice. You guys lost a loyal customer. Read more
Pretty subpar quality wise, service was fine. I ordered the chicken Parm and a share plate of variety appetizers. Appetizers... were fine, my main plate was low in flavor and the chicken was freezer burned I think. I couldn't cut parts of it with my knife,rock hard. Lowest quality pasta I've had in years. Drink has mostly soda water. Asked for a different flavor because of the lackof syrup and the next one I got was the same. Wish I asked for a refund, but I didn't want to be a Karen. It's been a while since I was this Fridays, but after today I see why. Flavor just not there. My chicken looked like someone... took a bite out of it, my daughter's mashed potatoes had white pieces of what seemed like plastic. The server was veryaccommodating and professional. I should’ve known something would go wrong once I arrived and seen the sign on the door saying burgers were not being sold at... this time. I experienced a few things during this visit. While the appetizers didn’t take long to receive, we waited a longtime for saucers. One of my mozzarella sticks didn’t have ANY CHEESE in it, hardly any cheese pull when were finally able toeat. Who orders mozzarella sticks and expect NO PULL. Ridiculous. I wasn’t going to wait for fresh ones. My order came backwith honey mustard sauce instead of barbecue sauce per my request. It then took a few employees to flag down to get the rightsauce. One of the plates had stickers that were under the cooked and plated food as if it was cooked in the broccoli. Overallthe food was okay, could’ve been better. Same for the waitress. It’ll take an invitation under certain circumstances for meto return. For the price of these meals there should be no room for error. I paid a pretty penny because we were celebrating mydaughter’s graduation. Read more
been sitting here for 20 mins and this skinny white boy is very passive aggressive doesn’t want to take our order claims... “jackie will take ur order she’ll be here in a minute” yet he asked us what drink we want and had an nasty attitude aboutit. Just very distasteful disrespectful unprofessional he should be fired immediately. wouldn’t be surprised if he’s aracist. he called me “brother” i stated i didn’t want anything to drink then he proceeds to yell across the room “youwant a water brother?” I come here all time and usually have the same waitress. TGIF as a corporation this is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. If the ceiling to your dining area looks like this, I... CANNOT imagine what your kitchen looks like. Everything in this restaurant was either sticky or dirty. Why haven’t you beenshut down yet? I had a terrible experience at this location but I won’t even speak on that. The was food great that’s where my stars come from but the waitress whew i can’t remember her name but she has black hair... with bangs she wasn’t attentive at all and it wasn’t even that many people here. My friend burger bun was super FLAT we hadto go find her and ask for another one she didn’t ask us if we wanted refills or anything so once we received the bill we paidcash folded it up in the receipt n left the girl who was running the food from the kitchen was more concerned with us than ouractual waitress.
