Had a party of 8 dine in and we all had orders taken at the same time. Only one of our party members got their meal out, server... did not communicate with us for over an hour and then had to retake the rest of our orders, had to wait another 1hr and half forour food to arrive, server had little to no check ins with us from re taking the order, chillis was not busy while we werethere.. where was our server? We were told everyone would receive discounts for the bad service but only one person got it fortheir ticket. The server got an attitude with us over him being wrong with what the ticket(s) total was.. first time to thisspecific location and it'll be my last. Read more
This will be the last time I order form here. I don?t know why I keep giving them chances. There is always something missing or... the wrong item and they never put the condiments in the bag you ask for. Thai time I order a loaded bake potato and they give memash potatoes. Ask for steak sauce and no steak sauce. Read more
Be careful eating here, the manager told my family tonight the blooding uncooked chicken wings is their recipe. Then he disputed... what is cooked and uncooked chicken. What a clown, would not recommend this Chili's to anyone. Read more
So, a chili's is a chili's is a chili's, which is a good thing. You know what you are getting and that is usually great service... and food. Our server today, Elijah, was awesome. He kept five tables, including us, happy the whole time we were there. Hisprofessionalism and level of service was exceptional. The table behind us commented as such to him. It made for a greatlunch. The only thing that bothers me here is the silly touchscreen thingie, that takes up a good portion of a small table andis how you are supposed to pay now. Maybe it is to provide a level of security over your card, but I think it is gross andannoying. Gross, in that you are touching the same screen as those before you. And, annoying because removing a layer of humaninteraction is sad. I dont want to thank a touchscreen, I want to thank my server. Read more
The family enjoys ordering out on the weekend and Chili's have a wide variety of food. Depending on the day/time it can be a... long wait and at times our orders have had mistakes ( For to-go orders: missing drinks, missing sides, uncooked shrimp, etc).If you order with doordash can get credit for missing items. If you do a pickup, be sure to check your meal beforeleaving. Eating in can be a long wait on Friday/Saturday evenings. You can wait in the car or inside. During the week, I havebeen able to get a table with no wait during lunch. It's great to enjoy a quick lunch during the week. Will was our waiter todayand I loved his happy attitude. Read more
We had such a GREAT time here and the food was perfect! Our server was so patient with us as we waited for the rest of our party... to get there. He was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The brisket BBQ burger was delicious! Read more
Our bartender, although I cannot remember her name, was vert attentive and absolutely amazing with her quality service. When you... go to chili's, you know the quality of the food is relatively the same everytime. So when you go and get amazing service as wellit really is the icing on the cake! I 100% recommend this location solely on the service we receive each and everytime we go. Read more
Pros: - Our waitress really hustled and went out of her way to make things better. A+ - The food was standard. - We haven?t... gotten sick yet Cons: - Management. From the GM to the shift manager. - A 20min wait even though the restaurant was halfempty. - Ordered 2 out of 3 of my items with no onions due to an allergy. Both came with onions. - The ?manager? stood in thecorner hiding from all of his restaurant?s glaring problems, making his 16yr waitresses take care of his dirty work. That smuglittle guy didn?t manage anything or do an ounce of work! He should be ashamed of himself for being so lazy in public. - Anhour and 20min from being seated until leaving. About 45min into our experience I just wanted it to be over.
