I tried to leave feedback on the app but it won?t let me, so here goes. Who bright idea was it to have square cut the default... on app? If I wanted Danny Trejo to cut my pizza I would have found a machete. I ordered BOTH pizzas cut ?Pizza Cut? but Ican?t go back and check so maybe I only ordered one pizza cut. I DO KNOW I ORDERED AND PAID FOR EXTRA MUSHROOMS I counted 8total pieces. How many come on a regular order. Ordered one medium two topping (half just cheese other half ham and pineapple) and one cheesy bread at around 1pm on a Tuesday.... The order sat in ?quality check? for over thirty minutes. When we got the pizza they didn?t even have the pineapple and ham on awhole half and the crust was awful. It was obvious that the pizza had been sitting around for the whole thirty minutes it was inquality check. How are basic fractions like 1/2 not understood? Photo provided as proof. Ordered pizzas & one of the new dips to try on April 29th. When we arrived home the 5 cheese dip was burnt and dry. We called to... let them know and the manager on duty offered a replacement for the next time. We called today and my husband spoke with theopening manager, Dakota. She said she could not find where anything was written down. We even mentioned we still had thepictures. We have been ordering from this location for several years and were not asking for anything free just a replacementorder. Unfortunately, she was not only rude but refused to replace the order. This Domino's is pretty solid. Good food, decent customer service, and relatively affordable. The only downside - and the reason... for the 4 star - is whenever you order a pan made pizza, the dough is often raw or undercooked. My order is always the samedouble cheese pizza, but for some reason, whenever I order a pan made one the dough is undercooked. Great things across theboard however, just that minor flaw. Read more
I've only ordered once from this location but it was a great experience. (I called up my order last night 1/16/20 around 5:45.... Date and time included to thank the staff that worked that day!) There was great customer service the whole experience! Thewoman that answered was very sweet while taking my order and when I came in with my 2 year old; there was an older gentlemanthat was very friendly while he tossed the pizza. The Pepperoni Pizza was done sooner than expected and hot and delicious whenwe ate it. Read more
If you can only get one delivery driver on a Friday night you need to start paying delivery drivers more than $2 an hour. Quit... being too cheap to pay your employees or people aren't going to order pizza from you anymore. Read more
