This location is usually the best in town. Seems that at all dunkins if you order online you are still waiting when you get... there. Today I watched them clear out a whole line of people who arrived and placed orders at the counter after I placed anorder online and I still had not received my order. Went through the drive-thru. The girl taking my order sounded like she hated her job. I had to keep asking her if they had... several donuts because they were out of the ones I wanted. She seemed annoyed by this and kept answering me with a bit ofattitude. The past few times I have been to this location, the employees have been like this. No "hi", no smile, very short withtheir answers, no customer service whatsoever. I ended up leaving. Will not be returning. Read more
Donuts usually fresh and they normally have my fav powdered available but they need to listen better or repeat back the orders... cause on several occasions they have messed up. Today I ordered two nutty pumpkins iced with an extra shot and cream and sugar.Never said what size thought they would give me medium like they usually do. They only heard one I guess. Then I got two largeswhich I didn?t want or need but just took cause they were made. Then they gave me liquid sugar which I didn?t ask for and willbe complaining if it tastes weird. I have to say that y'all have the strongest Lids on a coffee cup I've ever seen.When I was delivering an order, I had to slam on... the brakes And all the coffee went flying About 5 ft into my front seat.Not a single item was damaged And I am very impressed Read more
Love the pineapple mango lemonade and the sourdough breakfast sandwich they don?t toast the sandwiches enough though . Most the... time the cheese isn?t melted and somewhat soggy in the middle . Update* 7/15 I went at about 12:30 and everything was fine andamazing till I parked and my drink had so much ice I got 2 sips and it was gone when I didn?t ask for extra ice and then Iordered a chocolate croissant I grabbed it without looking took a bite then crumbles went everywhere it was as hard as a rockand all black I called Dunkin to see if I could get a new one and no one answered . It was the worst experience I?ve ever hadanywhere why would someone serve that and it was literally all black and hard like they?ve had it for a while like that . Read more
I visit this location 2 or so times a week. It is very conveniently located and is generally pretty quick. I rarely order coffee... drinks from here but the drip has always been just fine and haven't heard many complaints from the wife when she hascoffee. The donuts are generally very good and the Egg and Cheese sandwich is always good! Why 3 stars then? Sadly, the staffhere just seem to be miserable most days. Very few smiles, responses are short and voices are dejected over the intercom with nolife or care. I'm sure it's no one individual's fault but it may just be a larger work culture issue. Also, it seems like theyrun out of coffee lids fairly often so that's inconvenient when I do want a hot drink. Not sure if it is supply chain driven orjust someone not ordering enough.
