1. Waited longer than 10min to be seated- not that there was a line or anything. 2. Waited longer than an hour to have food that... we ordered. Ordering took forever as well. 3. Still didn't get my food after an hour even after all my other family membersfinished eating. It appears that the server didn't put my order in. The server didn't apology about missing order or tried toexplain. 4. I saw the kitchen staff was working hard so I feel bad about giving bad review, but I left the restaurant aftersitting there for 1.5 hours and still hungry as I couldn't get my food in time. And the server was hard to find as there wasonly one server for the entire restraurant. And she didn't appear to be expreinced one. So, yeah. Overall, it was not that greatexperience. Read more

Our server was Jeffrey and he was fabulous! He arrived promptly at our table to take our drink order. When our food arrived he... remembered all the little extras we asked him when we placed our order. Jeffrey also filled our drinks without asking. He wasvery attentive. Read more

I don't know what in the crystal meth is going on here but management needs to get it together. Employees walking around with... their music playing on their phones, a rude Marlboro spokesperson of a waitress, there was one family here when we arrived andstood there waiting for 10 minutes even though it's absolutely dead in there. "Okay" is what your hostess said when she greetedus, not "table for 3?" Or "dining in?" I mean cmmmmonnnn where's the common courtesy? I'm not asking to have red carpet rolledout but if you're in the service industry then change your attitude sheeeeeesh. I'm not sure I'll be returning to thislocation. Especially with the leaking roof and mold all over the ceiling. Read more

I placed a online order via the IHOP App for a family feast with an estimated pickup of time of 9:10am which is 20 mins from... order placement time of 8:50 am. I arrived to IHOP about 15 min after the pickup time as a buffer. However after I arrived I wasfirst told that I placed my order at a different IHOP by the host but the address in the app and the store address were correct.I was then told that they were still working on my order. I then waited 30 more mins before speaking with the manager. I spokewith the manager and he was not able to find my order and then proceeded to have the cooks make my order. At this point I havebeen waiting for my food for over an hour! I do not know what they have going on at this particular IHOP but it is highlydisorganized and understaffed. I would not recommend this IHOP! Read more

Chelsea is one of the new managers I believe. The past several weeks customer service has taken a big turn around (with... attentiveness!) & food quality is great again. We were hungry so we decided to go back to this IHOP, bad choice. We should have suspected something when there were no... customers except 1 other in the entire establishment. I asked for a lemonade and it tasted like water with a bid of some kind offlavor. Asked for sweet tea instead. That was better but needed more ice. My sons chicken salad was supposed to have the purpleonion held and what was on the salad, about a fourth of a cut up purple onion. I didn?t bother to ask for another or for it tobe removed since I removed it myself. The burger I ordered I asked for extra pickles I got 2 pickles and the bread was not justtoasted it was crispy charcoaled. The piece of lettuce I got was rotten and I removed it. Overall, my husband said we?d not begoing back to any IHOP in or near our area. Read more

This was the worst time at IHOP for us, it took over 30 minutes for our food to come, our waitress Patty was very nice,... courteous and apologetic, we told her it was not her fault, my husband's food was good, his eggs were not burnt, the food wascold, my omelet was awful, not only cold, but I was trying to find some areas where the egg was not burnt, wound up trying toget some mushrooms, spinach & cheese from the top, my husband gave me some of his egg, needles to say, I only ate half of atoast, a bit of my husband's egg and that was it!!
