Happened to catch this gem when visiting the Walmart nearby and it was on the top of my restaurant searches. Haven't been here... in a long time but am very pleased that it's just as good as I remember it. Always glad to support a local business, especiallyone that has great food at a great price. I tried the protein pizza today and was impressed. My father, who needs to limit his starch intake, normally refuses to eat... gluten free but was willing to give the protein pizza a try. The crust is made of chicken and Parmesan amongst otheringredients, and is entirely gluten free and low carb. The crust is essentially meat. Mind blown! My father approved which is abig deal. Happy father, happy daughter. We also tried the standard gluten free pizza with vegan pepperoni which was quitetasty. I liked the crispy thin crust. My first visit and there is so much more to try. Nice pizza restaurant. Service is always good and quick. They have gluten free pizza which is a good find and you can customize... your pizza to your palate. They offer Stubborn Soda for kids which has no artificial sweeteners, no fructose corn syrup, andmade with fair-trade cane sugar. Their pizza is pretty much the best, I have had on the northeast side of town. Read more
