Repeatedly in this location. You order to pick up plates with teriyaki chicken. You ask for extra sauce, crew tells you there... is sauce in the bag. You get home 35 min drive?. To find there is not even a single packet of teriyaki sauce. You call and yougot asked ?you called because there is no teriyaki sauce?? Yes. If it?s just grilled chicken the. I could have made that athome. The order stated teriyaki chicken, shouldn?t that be automatic to place it in the bag. Replacement meal was placed forfuture order. I ordered orange chicken and there was a hair in it. I notified the worker and she told the manager. They made me a fresh batch,... but they didn?t dispose of the contaminated chicken, the worker continued to prepare other drive through orders after I told himwith the contaminated chicken. This was one of my first times ever trying Panda Express. I was highly impressed with the food. The staff was very polite and I... had no trouble at all. I ordered the Orange Chicken and Fried Rice and it was very delicious. I also ordered the Rangoon for thefirst time. I was a little nervous because I have never had it before, but it was one of the best foods I have ever eaten.Highly Recommend!!! Read more
I usually always go to the forum location but i needed a fast drive thru experience today so i came here. i should?ve just... walked inside the other one and at least then i could?ve left satisfied. for starters, i pull to the speaker(only car in line)and before ik even fully there, i?m told to hold. that?s fine, the inside could?ve been busy. the girl taking my orderinterrupted me more times than i could count on 2 hands, at the end of the order i ask for sauce and she tells me ?that?ssomething you need to ask for at the window? i say okay and drive up. i pay and am asked by the same girl ?morgan? if i need anysauce. i ask for soy sauce again. she gives me the bag sideways to where if i tried to use the handles, everything would?veflipped over, not to mention it almost fell to the floor because how fast she was trying to get me out. i look in the bag as i?mdriving off, no soy sauce, no straw. what a joke. never again will i come here or recommend.
