The young girl , who answered the phone has Thee worst phone etiquette that I?ve ever experienced in any business. Not only is... she rude but has no professional business phone etiquette under her belt. I find it extremely annoying trying to communicatewith someone who speaks to you as if you were her high school classmate and had such disrespectful tones in her voice. I have tried to order a pizza from here for 2 MONTHS NOW!!!!! I still haven't got 1, the 1st couple of weeks I was told this... location was temporarily closed,then I drove by after a few weeks later and nobody would wait on me. A few weeks later I droveby and they were closed again but this time a guy riding by on a bike told me they had just fired 3 guys working there 1 was amanager. I went AGAIN a little while after that and he was the only one there and there was a 3 hour wait!!! I will never buypapa John's pizza again since they obviously can't even get anyone to help you or keep any reliable people. Read more

We placed an order online yesterday for pickup today after confirming they were open. The order was submitted, we got charged,... and tried to pick up the order only to find a hand written sign stating the store was closed. This so shady its not even funny.Papa johns should really start investigating who they allow to run their stores. Read more
The employees are nasty they would use their cell phone and not was there hands before making the next pizza. All kind of germs... are on your cell phone. I informed the management on duty and in my opinion they was like what ever. I will be call the cityhealth department. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. Read more
This is my go-to. I always order through the app which the specials you can't beat and I only get carry out. That has always... worked great for me. The pizza is almost always so good. There have been rare occasions it has tasted a little doughy butthat'd be the only complaint. The workers are always friendly. Read more
I order a small pepperoni pizza for delivery and after it was being prepared for 10 minutes I drove up there to pick it up since... I didn?t want a cold pizza by the time it was finally delivered. They canceled the payment so I wouldn?t waste my money on adelivery fee and tip and it will take several days to go back to my card. I paid again then asked if I could get a coupon or afree drink and the manager told me since I already paid she couldn?t do anything unless we canceled the second payment and did a3rd payment. I took my pizza and left and will never go back. Their customer service at this location sucks! Don?t order fromthis location! Read more
