The new pastas taste good enough but need a LOT more sauce! ************** The review below was our experience over a year ago,... for which I gave them two stars. After a hiatus, I gave them another try and was delighted to find out they were underdifferent management. So far, so good! (In-store service has been better, too.) I mostly do carryout now, though, and make sureI have my oder, not someone else's, before I leave the store. ******** We ordered two pizzas online. When we got them home, wefound out that one of the two was NOT what we ordered. I called the number listed and was connected to some anonymous customerservice person, who said that she would contact the manager, who was supposed to call me back. Sorry folks. It's like it's a hit or miss here on the pizza. Tonight the big dinner box was a miss. That's disappointing. It's... over $35.00. I just don't like paying for something that is so inconsistent. Our last order was really good. The one prior wasnot. So your guess is as good as mine. Read more
Ordered with the app with 15 minutes to spare and wound up getting to the door like two minutes passed close. Steven and his... crew were deep cleaning the place and even let me in to get my food, thank goodness. My local PHut doesn?t nearly measure up,and tho they were working and I ran late they were very good with service as well. Unfortunately this awesome looking location(sports bar but with pizza! Beers and everything m!) is downsizing to the other end of the complex, walk in pickup/deliveronly. Either way, be sure to go visit them and to the franchise owners? GIVE STEVE A RAISE!! Pizza was Terrible the worst I have ever had in the over 40yrs eating Pizza Hut Pan pizza. Totally against charging extra for... the Crust when it doesn't taste or even look or taste the Same and the Toppings were just thrown on the Pizza. VERRYDISAPPOINTED. Read more
So I ordered "The Edge" pizza. Curbside pickup. No green peppers and added extra cheese, black olives, pork, & pepperoni. It was... kind of a mess. Somehow, they managed to get toppings under the pizza. It was not crispy and had a strange taste & smell, likesmelly feet. Threw most of it away. Very disappointed. I think the problem is poor quality of ingredients and poor making. Iswear I haven't had a decent pizza since COVID. Read more
That was the saddest excuse for a pizza I have seen in a long time. I ordered a cheese and a pepperoni pizza and when I got... there the cheese pizza looked a little burnt, but pepperoni looked fine. I got home only a 10min drive each way and the pizzawas already stale as hell. The crust was uber thin and the outer crust was just as thin as rest of pizza. Idk if they wererationing the sauce but I had a pinch on outer ring of the pizza and the rest was dryer then Sierra Nevada. I'm not one to bashon a restaurant but damn every other pizza hut I've ever gone to had great pizza and this place needs be shut down. My onlypositive is I got free ranch. Read more
Ordered for carryout through their app, was told order would be ready by 5:07, got there at 5:10 and still had to wait 10... minutes. So that's sort of annoying, but it's a Friday, I understand they're busy. Then I go home, pizza looks fantastic, openmy wings and there they are. The most depressing and small wings I've ever seen. First of all I was supposed to get 8 andthere's only 7, second there's maybe 2 what I would call actual wings. The rest are just little chicken chunks no bigger than aquarter, and it doesn't even look like they tossed the sauce, just dumped it in. I can do that part myself sure but really?Pretty disappointed. Everything always goes well. Normally we call and order ahead and it?s ready in about 9-15 minutes. The food is always good... quality and the employees are so helpful and welcoming. It sucks that their deep dish pizza is only here for limited timebecause this has now become a family favorite. Read more
