This is the first time I?ve been here surprisingly, and I?m so pleased. It?s absolutely beautiful and amazing. It?s very homey... feeling with an awesome atmosphere. Came for a Saturday night dinner after hearing about a new sushi restaurant. It was about 25% full of the approx. 12 tables... inside. Was immediately greeted and seated by the friendly staff. Ordered a little bit of everything as wanted to tryeverything and to support the small business. Ordered everything from soft-shelled crab, Sunomono, edamame, tempura, variousrolls, and a couple of individual sushi. As with traditional Japanese cuisine, they did a great job of presenting the food. All the dishes were well prepared and presented. Soft-shelled crab was one of may favorites. The fish was fresh and were nicecuts of the fish. Rolls were presented on plates with nice accents. Tempura had a nice crispness to the batter. Individualsushi tasted great. I'm hoping over time they'll have a larger selection of individual sushi, but that takes time as freshsushi has a high cost overhead. Overall, great new sushi restaurant that has outstanding customer service and are trying hardto get established. I'll definitely come back to support this business. Read more
Amazing sushi in this hidden gem!! Excellent service! Will definitely be back and referring others to enjoy in the cozy and... vibrant atmosphere. I absolutely ADORE Q sushi! I am terribly picky and they are so nice about making a couple small changes to my orders. Food is... always fresh and warm when it?s supposed to be or cold when it?s supposed to be. Very friendly people and comfortable, cleanatmosphere. So happy to have a man awesome local sushi place???? It is the perfect addition to Schertz and to the small business industry. Small mom and pop style but with Sushi. The American... Dream right here. Very nice folks food was Great and Id say probably better then the bigger sushi places. Help keep these Guysgoing and help them grow this awesome food and people. We love coming to Q Sushi! We just moved to Schertz in May and have tried multiple sushi places already (I desperately missed a... place from back home). This place takes the cake!! The rolls taste fresh and they have rolls that are unique. The people who ownit are super sweet! This place is 100% worth the visit. We will be back time and time again. I recommend the Monkey Brain foryour appetizer and we have tried many of the sushi rolls but our favorites are the Hawaiian and True Love! Read more
Hands down, the best sushi I have ever had. Each bite is better than the last and you can taste the freshness. They are... understaffed right now so show grace and patience, but even still, we didn?t wait long for our food. The owners and the waitresswere attentive and SO nice. The prices were great!
