The service was good but the calzones were just mediocre, mostly bread. You really need to open it up and move everything around... to get meat in each bite. It is just piled up. There is a Cinnabon selection which I always order and am always reminded thatthe name holds more gumption than the actual cinnamon roll. There are better cinnamon rolls out there and I am a huge cinnamonroll person so I know this to be fact. Read more

Very busy locations you have to stop is professional quick to serve.. the food was amazing it look better then what was on the... pictures. I felt bad Because I paid him $10 in quarters yet the gentleman behind the counter was so kind and respectful. Theplace was clean and had plenty of room to eat comfortably. I?ve previously visited this location multiple times and have always gotten fairly good service and great food. Tuesday... afternoon I placed an order online which I picked up through the drive thru. When I got to the window they informed me theydidn?t have the soup I ordered so I asked for another soup in replacement (which was really good). When I took my first biteinto the sandwich it was much different so checked and realized it was something different from what I ordered (which was theturkey bacon club). I called this location to speak to a manger to inform them in hopes to receive the sandwich I ordered.Instead after I listed the ingredients that were on the sandwich I received to the manager (Marcus) he began to explain to methat he had been making sandwiches and he had not made a sandwich with the ingredients I listed. I felt pretty uncomfortable andwas unsure how to respond bc that was what I had in front of me. I questioned if there was any way anyone else could?ve made it,he answered no & that he remembered my order specifically and he made it exactly the way it read on the screen. I assume myorder was handed out to a different car bc I also received an incorrect ticket/receipt in my bag that read ?sm original?. Iinformed Marcus of all of this, half of the time I was talking he was talking to someone else then would reply with ?I can?thear you?. I understand mistakes like this happen in the restaurant Industry but I think it was extremely unprofessional forMarcus to immediately assume I was not being honest about what I received. In the future, I suggest you apologize to thecustomer regardless of whether or not you believe they got the right or wrong order. I?d just like a refund for my meal becauseat this point it seems ridiculous to eat from this location.
