I had ordered the largest amount of mozzarella sticks and some of them had absolutely no mozzarella cheese in them. Never again.

Beyond exhausted with this location. Last time. Arrived at 9:01pm and ordered 5 shakes. Kiosk wouldn?t accept credit card.... 9:34pm the carhop came to the car with 5 shakes and 3 were incorrect. Gave the carhop $40 for a $20.28 order and she said ?Thankyou? and tried to walk off. Had to tell her I gave $40 and there was still confusion. Took ~10 minutes to get change. Placed order in app and it not only wasn't ready when we arrived, but apparently they weren't even making orders. Waited 30... minutes and they wouldn't respond to the button being pushed or check in on the app. When my burgers were finally brought outthey were cold, so I refused them. Reaching out as they suggested to get this resolved resulted in a quick initial responseasking for more info, but when this was provided, they never responded again. Finally had to dispute the charge with my creditcard issuer. Read more
Took over 45 minutes to get a wrong order then the icecream ended up being nothing but whipped cream. Jalapeno poppers and... cheese Sticks were cold too. Never returning. Worst asst manager. Had no clue what he was doing at all. Read more
I did not even get my order taken and ended up leaving and driving to another sonic. This establishment seems to be having a... rough patch with orders for the business as they are out of items, and lacking staffing. The review is for the young man who isthe only one on duty. He was so polite to everyone and calm even though he was the only person on duty. Read more
Ordered 2 sodas using the app, checked in upon arrival. Waited forever, and when we finally got our drinks, the carhop said... there was no ice and walked away. We got hot drinks on a hot summer day! Why waste our time like that? We weren?t going to waitforever again for a refund and left extremely upset and disappointed and wasted time and money. They should?ve been up front andtold us upon arrival there was no ice. We wouldn?t have gotten drinks from there had we known. Terrible service! Read more
There are four Sonics near us, two are very close and the other two are about the same distance. I pass up on three of them to... go to this one. This one is far and away the best one and has been for years. The food is always hot and fresh and the peopleare incredibly nice. If you're in the area, this is the only Sonic to consider. Read more
