Ordered 2 drinks and some food and waited for what felt like 30 minutes for our drinks only to realize that they hadn?t even... started on our food. I had to go up and ask if our food was getting heated and had to wait another 10 minutes just to get thefood we ordered at the very beginning, while pastries from other orders after ours were coming out left and right. I did NOT go to Starbucks. There are way too many other options with better coffee and better service. I'll give up coffee... before I drop a penny on the sewer water that they call coffee. Read more

This is possibly the best Starbucks I've been to. The staff, no matter what time of the day, is always amazing! It doesn't... matter if they're running around like crazy taking and making orders, they're always friendly and knowledgeable.I've seen someawful customers in there being so rude, and the staff handle them professionally. My review has nothing to do with my beverages purchased at this location, as they always come out perfect. This review focuses... on the lack of cleanliness of the store, both in the lobby area and the bathrooms. There are so many crumbs, flies, tissues, andother fifth near every table on the floor, and I have never seen one staff member sweep, mop, or wipe the counters. In addition,the bathrooms are consistently disgusting, with toilet paper on the floor and biowaste near the the toilet and on the seat. Thisstore is consistently busy, so I understand that staff are usually behind the counter, but there needs to be more attention inthe store cleanliness and presentability for customers who wish to visit inside.
