These teenagers need to learn how to work until closing hours , I walked in 7 minutes before 10 pm and they denied service... because they were ?closed? come on subway is my favorite too bad dominoes took the business instead smh if i was the franchiseowner i would be upset. Read more

Teenagers there need additional training... gave me one slice of turkey folded in a single row, I asked for additional meat... because it wasn't enough and they charged me for it. lol this is what extra turkey looks like.... just a suggestion forimprovement. I wasn't really pleased with a more expensive sandwich with less than the standard amount. Read more

If I could leave no stars I would. We placed an online order and after picking it up and returning home we discovered 3... sandwiches were made incorrectly and 1 was made correctly. We then called the store to make this correct and the manageractually started arguing with us and made us bring back the sandwiches for them to pick apart before only offering a refund onthe 3 wrongly made sandwiches. All 3 sandwiches then ended up in the garbage which is exactly how we were treated. Read more

I frequent this Subway regularly, never have encountered such a horrible experience until now. I had an online order that I had... picked up during my lunch break, I go to my house to eat my lunch and after a couple of bites I realized that my order was notaccurate (missing items in my sandwich and not being toasted). So I tried calling the store, took awhile for them to answer,and when someone finally answered I spoke to a gentlemen named "James" . I shared with James my name and that I had recentlypicked up my online order and that it was not accurate. I asked him that I would like to get a refund and a replacementsandwich. So James proceeds to tell me that I needed to bring the sandwich back for the refund. I shared with James that I hadalready eaten a small portion of the sandwich, but that I would be returning with the sandwich. so again here I go drive to thesubway which is NOT just down the road, and its taking time out of my day and lunch break. I get to the store and James appearedto be already in the process of providing a refund. I provide James with approximately 3/4 of my uneaten sandwich. I askedJames if I could still have a replacement sandwich. James replied, "yea but your gonna have to pay for it". I asked James if hethought if it was right, for a customer who has picked up an order, takes it with them to eat it, and then realize that theorder was not accurate and then have to take more time out of their day to return to the store, to return the sandwich in orderto get a refund, and to be told oh well, here's your refund and you have to pay for another sandwich if you want one. Jamesreplied "yea". and it gets better, a female employee hears me having the conversation with James and says "it was just a simplemistake", I shared with her I understand that, I was hoping that subway would do the right thing for the inconvenience thatthey caused and provide me with a replacement sandwich. I've had to go off my vegan diet. One of my favorites was meatball subs. I have had 2 on two different days here They were... divine and stayed hot while I drove around, which I'm very happy about. Service was very fast the restaurant was clean thestaff was friendly. Prices were Fair. Payment online with the gift card was an issue. Other payment online was extremely easy. The foot long meatball sub could easily feed 2 people. But honestly you just want to keep eating, it it's that good. Read more
